  • Random act of kindness

Try doing these simple tasks for a month and see does it make a difference for you.

  1. Cook all my own dinners
  2. Do meditation and exercise everyday
  3. Book a cookery night with girlfriend
  4. Go out to the woods for a walk
  5. Read a chapter of my lastest book per night. (Tools of Titans by Tim Ferris)
  6. Change my posture
  7. Set 3 goals to be achieved each day and achieve them
  8. No phone after 10pm
  9. Note what I’m grateful for each morning 🙏
